I personally oversee every aspect of the client experience—from lab coordination and testing to compassionate support and follow-up care. My goal is to ensure each person who walks through our doors (or meets me in the field) feels respected, heard, and safe.

With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare operations, case management, and client-focused services, my background includes deep expertise in long-term care, care coordination, training, and technology integration. I bring that same attention to detail and integrity into every DNA test, drug screening, fingerprinting session, and background check I perform.
